Victoria Yackevicz M.A. LPC-S, TFCBT
CEO/Owner
As a San Antonio native, I am proud to serve the community that shaped me. I graduated from John Jay High School, earned my bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA), and served eight years in the United States Army. Following my military service, I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling from Webster University. Throughout my career, I have been honored to serve in leadership roles that allowed me to advocate for children and families across South Texas, including as the Clinical Director of San Antonio's only Child Advocacy Center and as a Regional Director for a Treatment Foster Care agency. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to helping individuals and families heal from trauma and build healthier, more fulfilling lives. I believe our experiences both the difficult and the meaningful help shape who we become, but they do not have to define our future. Healing is possible, and every person has the capacity to grow, overcome challenges, and create lasting change. My role is to provide a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered with the tools needed to navigate life's challenges, even when things feel overwhelming or beyond your control.
As a therapist, I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and PC-Care but use many different types of modalities to fit your needs and meet you where you are starting from. I have extensive experience in working with those who have experienced sexual abuse, physical abuse, emotional abuse, neglect, PTSD, grief, anxiety, depression, and other trauma-related concerns.
Whether you are seeking healing from past experiences, coping with current life challenges, or simply looking to become the healthiest version of yourself, I am committed to walking alongside you on your journey toward hope, healing, and resilience.

Hi, I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes that healing happens in the presence of genuine connection. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down‑to‑earth — the kind of space where you can exhale, show up exactly as you are, and know you’ll be met with compassion rather than judgment.
I work with individuals who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the lingering impact of past experiences. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what feels overwhelming, and build practical tools that help you move through life with more clarity and confidence. I draw from evidence‑based approaches, but I always tailor our work to your unique story, strengths, and pace.
My goal isn’t to “fix” you — it’s to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your resilience, your voice, and the parts of yourself that may have been quiet for too long.
If you’re looking for a therapist who is warm, real, and genuinely invested in your growth, I’d be honored to support you.
